The house sits on an ancient highway, the Camino Real, which follows the sea shore as far as Garachico.

Covering 160 square meters of living space on two floors, it comprises a large living-cum- dining room with a Hispano-Arabic mudejar ceiling, , two double bedrooms and two individual ones, two bathrooms and a fully-fitted kitchen, all of which conserves the traditional techniques and original building materials: Canarian pine, quarried stone, adobe and hipped roofs.
There are striking views over the sea from a garden terrace and two terraces with views over the countryside planted with tropical fruits: bananas, oranges, avocados, mangos, peaches, papaya, coffee trees, cocoa, etc.
